Alex Tarr, President
Alex Tarr built his career in furniture installation early on, installing lock cores and cleaning job sites as a kid alongside his father, Dan. He spent his summers on job sites as an Installer during high school and college. Growing up within Synergy has given Alex an intimate understanding of the furniture installation industry. After graduating from College of Charleston with a Bachelors Degree in International Business and Economics, Alex and his wife, Tiffany, briefly relocated to Trujillo, Spain and Colima, Mexico. His path has led him to become the President of Synergy where he finds it “very meaningful to be a part of a great team and to build solutions together.”
Alex is an experienced hiker, who has scaled the heights of the Grand Canyon, Machu Picchu and Mount Fuji. He enjoys traveling annually with his wife, practicing Jiu Jitsu and spending time with his family.
