Cole Martin has been with Synergy for over 7 years. His first role was as an Installer Trainee, and within a few short years, he became one of Synergy’s Supervisors. Prior to working with Synergy, Cole worked in outdoor construction. He credits this experience for his familiarity with tools, operating heavy equipment, and overall site etiquette. As Field Service Manager, Cole provides clear directives to his crew and works diligently to deliver a completed project for our clients. His personality and his ability to connect with people from all walks of life have contributed to his success within his role.
In his free time, Cole enjoys exploring the outdoors with his two daughters from playing at the park, going on walks in their neighborhood, swimming, and fishing. Cole made sure that we did not leave out, “Go Yankees!”
