Larry Morris, Regional Manager
Charlotte’s Regional Manager, Larry Morris has a comprehensive understanding of project management, due to his extensive experience in the field. He has been with Synergy for over ten years, initially hired on as an Installer. Over time, he was promoted to Supervisor and soon Operations Manager. His experience in each part of the operations sector has equipped him with the insight required to manage each project tactfully. He applies his unmatched work ethic to deliver exceptional results for our clientele.
In his free time, Larry loves to spend time with his family and playing sports with his friends. While pursuing his Bachelors Degree in Finance, Larry played baseball and was a semi-professional football player in his post-graduate years. He draws from his coaching experience to implement constructive leadership, and his previous service experience enables him to communicate effectively with both clients and his install team.
